Adaptive teaching
Pupil needing support:
- Should be given a card that is ‘never okay’ to discuss during the Main event to ensure they can explain why some actions are never okay.
- Could use a hoop to hold instead of drawing an invisible line to physically see their body boundary.
Pupils working at greater depth:
- Should explain why there are fewer cards in the ‘okay without permission’ category of the Presentation: Asking for permission.
- Could give their own examples by suggesting what could go into each column on the Presentation: Asking for permission.
- Could explain why their boundaries might change depending on who the other person is.
