Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support:
- Should use the Resource: Steps and barrier ideas to support choosing steps towards their goal and thinking of barriers during discussions.

Pupils working at greater depth:
- Could justify the links between each step and the end goal, referencing self-respect and values when explaining their choices.
- Could add a success indicator for each step to show what completion looks like.
- Could apply their approach to a new scenario from the Presentation: Personal growth to choose a new goal.
