Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support:
- Could use the Resource: Me and my influences (support), to guide their ideas.
- Could use voice notes or a simple recording tool to capture their thoughts before or instead of writing them down.
- Could refer to the Presentation: Lesson vocabulary when completing the activity.
- Could write their answers on a whiteboard prior to sharing them during the Wrapping up.
Pupils working at greater depth:
- Should write a short reflection explaining how identity can be shaped by both choice and circumstance, responding to the challenge question: ‘Do we create our own identities, or are they created for us?’
