Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support:
- Could use the Resource: Knowledge organiser in the Recap and recall.
- Could be shown the feelings symbols by clicking the magnifying glass for each character on the Presentation: How could their friends help?
- Could use the Resource: Word mat during the role play in the Main event.
Pupils working at greater depth:
- Could describe what makes a friend trustworthy.
- Could explain why friends do not always agree but can still be kind.
- Should begin to use a wider range of words when talking about friendship, e.g. trustworthy and loyal.
