Explore looking into the future and setting personal specific, achievable goals for the short-term, medium-term and long-term.

  • To learn how to set short-term, medium-term and long-term goals

National curriculum

All schools should make provision for personal, social, health and economic education (PSHE), drawing on good practice.

The PSHE Association Programme of Study recommends pupils are taught:

  • H28. to identify personal strengths, skills, achievements and interests and how these contribute to a sense of self-worth
  • L4. the importance of having compassion towards others; shared responsibilities we all have for caring for other people and living things; how to show care and concern for others
